NVQ Diploma Courses
We are accredited by EDI and NCFE to offer NVQ Courses. These are qualifications for people who are working, and undertaking job related training, re-skilling for a new role or career, or for those who are looking to progress and develop their role further. The theory behind achieving this qualification is simple. You are able to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and skills to carry out the job, as well as the practical skills to perform the daily tasks the job requires
Entry Requirements
Candidates who wish to undertake the award must be working within the same industry or be able to get placement within the same setting
Qualification Delivery and Assessment
Assessment is carried out by a combination of the following:
- APEL
- Observation of Performance
- Work products
- Witness Testimonies
- Written assignments/Case Studies
- Questioning/Discussion

Workshops/Knowledge Requirement
Assessment is carried out by your assessor comprising of 15+ hours of training, which can be delivered at your workplace, at times and dates to suit you and your staff. There is also the option of e-portfolio and studying online.
Training may be FREE if you meet the following funding eligibility requirements:
Level 2
Candidates must have been resident in the UK/EU or EEA for 3+ years unless spouse-dependent. Be aged 19+ years. NEW: Volunteers and self-employed are also now eligible provided you have done this for 6 months or more. You will need a letter from the manager to confirm this and state that they will support you while you are completing the course.
Level 3 (part funded)
Candidates must have been resident in the UK/EU or EEA for 3+ years unless spouse-dependent. Be aged 19+ years. Be aged 19+ Years. Fully or co-funded Dependent upon prior qualifications and age. You must be in or have access to a SUPERVISORY ROLE.

NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) Level (Levels 2 – 3)
We are currently running levels 2 and 3. This is designed for Health Care Assistants, Home Care Assistants, Support Workers and Care Workers involved in the day-to-day care of individuals. Progression routes and career opportunities for people employed in this sector include Registered Manager roles and Nursing.

Level 2
Individuals - £1,350 (Groups of 10 or more - £1,000 per learners)
Level 3
Individuals - £1,500 (Groups of 10 or more - £1,250 per learners)
NVQ in Children and Young People (Level 3)
This NVQ is designed for people working with Children in Hostels, Nurseries and Day Care Centres.

Individuals - £1,800 (Groups of 10 or more - £1,600 per learners)
Level 3
Individuals - £2,500 (Groups of 10 or more - £2,250 per learners)
NVQ in Customer Service (Level 2 – 3)
This course is aimed at individuals working in, or seeking to work in a variety of customer service settings. These may include the hospitality industry, medical reception, front-of-house settings in business and banking, or non face-to-face areas such as call centres.

NVQ in Business Administration (Level 2 – 3)
This qualification is to help Learners to improve their Business and Administrative skills so that they become more effective and efficient at their job

NVQ Support Services in Healthcare (Level 2)
The qualification is for at Porters, Laundry Workers, Housekeepers, Transport Workers, Postal Workers, Catering Assistants and Administrators working in the healthcare settings, either in an NHS Trust or in the community. It would provide them with skills needed to become more effective and efficient at their jobs.

NVQ in Management (Level 4)
This is aimed at individuals who are in management positions and who are keen to develop their management skills across all business sectors and organisations.
