Apprentice Sales Negotiator London

Job Purpose

We are looking for an individual to help keep up the high standards we pride ourselves on while pushing the business forward to expand and grow even further.

The requirement is for a proactive and organised individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent client care at all times.

Hours of work

Working hours will be 8.45 am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45 am – 6pm Friday and alternate Saturdays, 9am-5pm.

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will involve

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective clients
  • Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
  • Following up enquiries
  • Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
  • Working as part of the sales team and covering other negotiators if required
  • Accompanied viewings with prospective applicants after full training
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

  • Providing excellent customer service

Essential Skills/Qualities

  • A professional approach
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
  • Excellent standard of communication
  • Extremely customer focused
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well presented
  • Good local knowledge


  • A driving license and own car is essential
  • GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
  • General interest in Building Industry
